Journal Business Model
The Journal of Society, Community and Business Development (SCBD) is a fully open-access, non-profit scholarly journal published by the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto.
SCBD does not charge any fees to authors at any stage of the publication process. There are no submission fees, article processing charges (APCs), publication fees, or access fees. Likewise, readers can freely access, download, read, and share all published articles without any subscription or registration.
The journal's editorial and publishing activities are financially supported by the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto. This institutional support covers the costs associated with manuscript management, peer review, copyediting, layout editing, website maintenance, and online publication through the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform.
SCBD is committed to providing equitable opportunities for authors to publish their scholarly work regardless of their financial background, while ensuring the quality, integrity, and sustainability of the journal through institutional support.
