Peer Review

All manuscripts submitted to this journal must follow the Focus and Scope and Writing Guidelines of this journal. Submitted manuscripts must meet the scientific value or novelty in accordance with the focus and scope of this journal. All manuscripts submitted to this journal should be written in good and correct English. Authors for whom English is not their native language are encouraged to check their manuscripts before submission for grammar and clarity. English language editing and manuscript editing services can be provided by International Science Editing and Asia Science Editing. The work has not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere.

All submitted manuscripts must be free of plagiarism content. All authors are advised to use plagiarism detection software to perform a similarity check (please use Turnitin or iThenticate to check similarity). The editors will also check the manuscripts in this journal for similarity using Turnitin or iThenticate software. Manuscripts submitted to this journal will be reviewed by at least 2 (two) or more expert reviewers. The reviewers will provide valuable scientific comments to improve the content of the manuscript. Sometimes (if needed), a third reviewer is required to provide critical comments on the submitted manuscript. The review process used in this journal is a double blind review system.

The final decision on acceptance of a manuscript is solely made by the Editor-in-Chief / Managing Editor (Handling) (together with the Editorial Board if necessary) in accordance with the critical comments of the reviewers. The final decision of the manuscript is solely based on the Editor's final review which takes into account the comments of the reviewers (but not solely by the Reviewers). Publication of accepted articles including placement of articles in the published issue will be done by the Editor-in-Chief taking into account the order of date of receipt and geographical distribution of authors and thematic issues.
