Analisis Risiko, Kepercayaan, dan Religiositas Islam terhadap Niat Mahasiswa KKN Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto dalam Menggunakan Pembayaran Digital

Pandemic mendorong percepatan transformasi digital, termasuk adopsi sistem pembayaran non-tunai. Namun, persepsi risiko dan kepercayaan menjadi faktor kunci yang memengaruhi niat pengguna, khususnya di kalangan mahasiswa. Religiositas Islam berperan sebagai variabel moderasi yang dapat memengaruhi persepsi mahasiswa terhadap risiko dan kepercayaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik survei, melibatkan 70 responden mahasiswa KKN Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa risiko keamanan dan risiko operasional memiliki hubungan positif tetapi lemah terhadap niat penggunaan pembayaran digital, sedangkan religiositas Islam memiliki hubungan positif yang signifikan. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi pengembangan literasi digital berbasis nilai-nilai Islam, khususnya untuk meningkatkan adopsi sistem pembayaran non-tunai di kalangan mahasiswa. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi pengembang teknologi pembayaran digital dan pemangku kebijakan dalam mendukung adopsi pembayaran digital di era transformasi digital.
