About the Journal
Journal of Migration, Business and Law (JMBL) aims to advance knowledge and discourse at the intersection of migration, business, and law in both global and local contexts. The journal promotes research and policy discussions that foster fair, inclusive, and sustainable migration governance, while encouraging business models and legal frameworks that protect migrant workers’ rights and promote equitable economic growth.
The scope of the journal includes (but is not limited to) the following areas:
- Migration and Employment Issues
- Business, Entrepreneurship, and Migrant Economy
- Legal and Policy Perspectives
- Social, Cultural, and Gender Dimensions
- Innovation, Digitalization, and Migration Management
Authors are invited to electronically submit manuscripts of up to 15 pages through the Journal Website. The submitted manuscripts should follow the format and guidelines available in the Author Guidelines.
